Thanks to our moderator Coldie for completing this.
Although Katze has already been promoted, this is an awesome example of an admin application. :)

What do you think adminship means? What makes for a good administrator?
I think adminship means a higher responsibility of taking care of the Wiki and its users. A good admin, in my opinion, would be a user who cares about everyone and the Wiki especially, a user that is thoughtful about the rules and polite to everyone. That user must be a reliable figure anyone knows without doubt they can always approach for support and guidance.
If you were an administrator, how would your daily activities change?
If I were an admin, I'd acknowledge the newfound responsibility put on my shoulders and become increasingly more active. A good admin, above all, I think must be active. If I were to be in that position, my activity level would no doubt change and I would try to focus on my flaws and improve. While no one can be perfect, if I were admin, being a figure people could look up to would be my first priority. Taking care of the Wiki and keeping it clean and appropriate would no doubt be very close behind.
What priorities of yours, if any, would change as a result of becoming an admin? How would those changes translate into your editing activities?
Well, I would strive to look more around me - right now as a Content Mod I tend to keep my attention on the threads mostly, and the pages on the Wiki. As an admin I would like to become more of a role model, as right now I see myself as just a mod striving to help the Wiki. As an admin, I'd try to bring more ideas and life into the Wiki. As said above, I would become more active. An admin must be active and must know what's going on around the Wiki; as one I'd try to look around more, edit more pages, and look through more discussions.
Admins have lots of rights, which areas of their rights will you be focusing on to help improve this wiki?
While I'm not quite sure about all the rights the admin have, I would focus on the higher role benefit. Being an admin means more people look up to you and follow your examples. With the right goals and the right actions, just by one person, the Wiki could be made a more kind place more people would want to approach.
It's not necessary to be an admin to have a lasting and positive impact on the wiki. Having applied for this position, why do you want to be an admin?
To be honest, I did not apply. I'm super honoured people thought of me as a candidate. However, being an admin would mean I would try even harder and be even more dedicated to the Wiki than I am already. As said above, as an admin, people look up to you. That would make me feel even more determined to use my position with respect and to set an example others might like to follow.
Why should you in particular be given adminship? What qualities define you as a user, and what qualities would define you as an admin?
I would like to think, as the person I am right now, that I am kind, determined, honest, stubborn, thoughtful, polite, patient, and respectful. Those key qualities I see in a good admin. An admin must be a person people look up to, a person who clearly remembers the rules and a person keen on keeping order on the Wiki, but still gentle and patient to the users.
In your own words, what is leadership on a wiki (or indeed any large collaborative project)? (Examples?) What relationship should adminship have with leadership?
Leadership is leading a group. To me, adminship means leading users into a healthy and safe environment everyone can enjoy and care about. Following out all the Wiki's needs and ensuring that the Wiki is positive and protected is key to me. An admin should guide every user that needs guidance in a responsible and appropriate way, and be a role model people look up to for.
